It’s Time To Open The 2015 LEGO Advent Calendars

Hey folks! As you can see, some of my posts are missing images and links due to some host issues I experienced recently. I'm working through getting those corrected as quickly as I can. However, if you are looking at a page you'd like me to correct sooner rather than later, drop me a line with the title of the blog post and I will move it up in my list of fixes to make. Thanks for your help!

It’s time! It’s time! It’s time to crack open your 2015 LEGO Advent Calendars! We have all three in the house and the girl is ready to come home and open hers. She of course has the LEGO Friends Advent Calendar. The husband confiscated the LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar, so I’m left with the LEGO City Advent Calendar.

Even so, I’m pretty excited about opening my calendar, too!

Last year, we only picked up two of them – the LEGO Friends Advent Calendar (2014) for the girl and the LEGO City Advent Calendar (2014) for the husband and I, so we could incorporate it into our Winter Village MOC. Since my husband was having so much fun opening the advent calendar with the girl, I just backed off and let it be a “them” thing. This year I have my own… whoo hooo!

Since we have all three, I’ve decided to write three different posts for the 2015 LEGO Advent Calendars – one for each theme:

I will also use the same posts to update each of the 25 days of builds so as not to clutter up the blog feed. AND if you want to follow up with us and see what we’re doing, you can follow our Instagram account here: https://instagram.com/familybrick. I’ll be posting photos of us opening our calendars there.

Make sure to come back later this afternoon and I’ll have links to the 3 new posts for the LEGO Advent Calendars!
