I don’t normally post twice in one day, but today is the November 2015 LEGO Monthly Mini Build registration day. And it’s important you know that if you normally wait to sign up for the LEGO Club Meeting, this is not the month you want to do so.
Why You Don’t Want To Skip the November 2015 LEGO Monthly Mini Build Registration
As it turns out, you want to make sure you get in on this mini build, because our local stores will NOT be doing LEGO Club Meetings for the months of November and December. I got this information after speaking with a local Atlanta-area LEGO Store manager. (Please check with your local stores, as the milage may vary.)
With the upcoming holidays, the malls will be opening up an hour early. This means the LEGO Club Meetings for November and December would both need to happen at 8am in the morning. I don’t know any parent who would want to get their child up on a Saturday to go to the mall and be there at 8 a.m. for a LEGO Club Meeting… but that’s just me.
So if you want to get your hands on this next month’s mini build, now is the time to register.
How To – November 2015 LEGO Monthly Mini Build Registration
If you can’t see the photo above, for November 2015, the LEGO Monthly Mini Build is a shark. Should be rather an awesome little build.
The November 2015 LEGO Monthly Mini Build registration for today has been pushed to 1PM EST, as LEGO seems to be having some issues with their registration system. With any luck, they are removing the lower age restriction, so my daughter can attend again. (A gal can hope, right?) Otherwise, we will miss out for the next two months, since we are one of those who pay for the club meetings in order to get the mini builds.
You can register for the November 2015 LEGO Monthly Mini Build through the LEGO website here: https://shop.lego.com/en-US/minibuild-registration. The event dates are November 3rd and November 4th.
Here’s hoping you get a spot! *crossing fingers*
Who’s planning on registering for the free mini build now that the LEGO Club Meeting is off for November and December?
I had a registration problem with this build and I am furious. I signed up at 8AM when the registration opened. I received two confirmation emails with a registration number. I was reasonably certain that everything was set up correctly, yet when I showed up at the scheduled time, I was told that I actually had a reservation for a spot on the waiting list. The guy working told me there were a lot of parents who said they had a confirmation email, but they should have actually had a waiting list confirmation. His list of who was confirmed for a spot and who was wait-listed came from corporate, so he couldn’t do anything for me. As a consolation, he gave me an old left-over mini build to take home with my crying, profoundly disappointed son. I felt so bad, I cried myself. I’m furious that I was put in the position of disappointing my son.
I’m so sorry to hear that! We completely sympathize with you, as we had something similar happen to use the first time we took our daughter to a monthly mini build session.
I never knew LEGO corporate had a waitlist for the mini build events. I wonder if this is a new addition to their online registration. Would explain the error with the confirmation/wait list confirmation emails…
