When last we were at the LEGO Store, I snapped some quick photos of the new elements in the Build-A-Minifigure bar. There are tons of new pieces! Some of these may have been in there from the previous quarter and I just missed them. So your mileage may vary when checking your local store.   I don't always check the minifigure heads, but was pleasantly surprised to see they had 9 distinctly new faces, including one black and one white head. The black head looks like it might be from a Chima minifigure and the white one looks like a zombie head, but not sure from what set.(Yuck! But good for those of you building LEGO Halloween mocks!) I also noticed at least 5 of those faces were female, which is pretty neat since The Little Brick has had us buy what I like to call the "Christmas snow bunny" face (with cute little red cheeks) and LEGO Hula Dancer hair 10 times over now...   If you flip the faces to the back, you can also see a lot of them have a second expression which is pretty cool for more playability. My favorite is the 4th from the right with the raised eyebrow and glasses. You know she's an adventurer...   There were 7 new torsos... Only 5 of them had back print detailing though.   I also found 3 new legs or 2 legs and a skirt, depending how you look at that...   Among the accessories I found a LEGO Friends guitar, bat, translucent pink mug, translucent cup, a toolbox, a surfboard (which I believe was there last time I checked... just scarce) and a green apple.   Finally, I found 4 distinct hair pieces... 2 hats, 1 short male hair and 1 long female hair. We didn't have time that day to play and browse, but I'll probably return with The Little Brick and let her pick out some new minifigures since I want a new one of my own. After seeing all the new pieces, are you planning on picking up some new minifigures, too?
