It’s that time again folks! I’m giving you your reminder two days before the actual event date due to a change in the LEGO Monthly Mini Build program for 2016. You can read more about it below:
How To – January 2016 LEGO Monthly Mini Build Registration
If you can’t see the photo above for the January 2016 LEGO Monthly Mini Build is a polar bear. This little guy is super cute. Wishing we could join in on the building fun around here.
You can register for the January 2016 LEGO Monthly Mini Build through the LEGO website here: https://shop.lego.com/en-US/minibuild-registration. The event dates are January 5th and January 6th.
Also, there is a new wait list system in place to allow those who didn’t get a slot a chance at one when someone cancels. If you can’t make it, make sure you cancel for those that want to attend!
Important Change to 2016 LEGO Monthly Mini Build Program
Finally, it’s important to note: the monthly mini model build events are now only open to registered LEGO VIP members. This means, if you are not a VIP member, don’t expect to be able to register. If you don’t have a VIP account, it can take up to 2 days for the account to register on all their systems online, so I recommend you get one setup today. You can register for a VIP account at: https://shop.lego.com/en-US/VIP/registration/index.jsp
By the way, I send reminders to register for those that asked while signing up for the weekly newsletter. If you’d like to be on that list for next month, make sure to add your email below:
I can’t get on this is crazy
I’m sure it’s a bit crazy on their end trying with people trying to get registered last minute and with it being the first time they’ve done this signup. You’ll have to let us know if you were eventually able to get on to grab a spot.
It keeps telling me that my e-mail is not registered to my VIP yet I have used it before to sign up.
I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems. You’ll need to contact LEGO Customer Service directly and let them know what issues you are having with their website. They should be able to help you out. Here’s the direct link to their customer service:
