If you can’t see the photo above for the April 2016 LEGO Monthly Mini Build, it is the sweetest little bumble bee with girlie lashes. It’s a super cute build using skeleton legs and a pedestal piece from the now LEGO Elves, then LEGO Belville sets.

I heart this mini build so… so much I plan on seeing if the girl wants to go LEGO Club next month so we can build it together. It may be just interesting enough for her that she will say yes. If not, I’m sure I can build it myself.

You can register for the April 2016 LEGO Monthly Mini Build through the LEGO website here: https://shop.lego.com/en-US/minibuild-registration. The event dates are April 5th and 6th.

Also, there is a new wait list system in place to allow those who didn’t get a slot a chance at one when someone cancels. If you can’t make it, make sure you cancel for those that want to attend!

Important Change to 2016 LEGO Monthly Mini Build Program

Finally, it’s important to note: the monthly mini model build events are now only open to registered LEGO VIP members. This means, if you are not a VIP member, don’t expect to be able to register. If you don’t have a VIP account, it can take up to 2 days for the account to register on all their systems online, so I recommend you get one setup today.
