Every year, I add the new winter sets to The Ultimate Lists of LEGO Holiday sets posts. This year, I thought that in addition to updating the lists, it would be helpful to see all the new 2020 LEGO holiday winter themed sets in one location.
That’s what this post is all about. But later this week, I’ll go about updating the lists for 2020… Because, you know, I like to keep complete lists. It’s a quirk. Anywhooo… On with the new sets!
LEGO Elf Club House (10275)
This is the set everyone has been waiting for all year! You know you’ll want to integrate this one into your winter village build, tout suite!
This set sells for $99.99 and is available in stores or online.
LEGO Winter Snowball Fight (40424)
If you’re looking for winter village filler, this is a great little set. You’ll get 2 minifigures in winter clothing, a snowman, snow catapult and a slope with snowmobile. The best part of this set is the skis and ski poles, along with the husky. Hard to find, so definitely great that they’re in a readily available set.
This set sells for $12.99 and is available in stores or online.
LEGO Charles Dickens Tribute (40410)
Mr. Family Brick geeked out over this set as soon as he saw it! A wonderful little tribute to Charles Dickens classic, “A Christmas Carol”, this set comes with 3 minifigures: Ebenezer Scrooge, Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim. The vignette is built on a book platform and appears to have some great stickers.
This set will be a gift with purchase, although we haven’t heard yet what the specifics will be. I’m sure once available, they’ll start popping up on Amazon and eBay as well.
LEGO Christmas Wreath 2-in-1 (40426)
This set is a bit of a deviation from the norm for LEGO. A holiday set that serves as a traditional home decor decoration is probably a first… or at the very least, few and far between. With 500 pieces and a good bit of the new style plant-based foliage, this is definitely a set to pick up.
This set sells for $34.99 and is available in stores or online now.
LEGO Christmas Ornament Santa (854037)
These Christmas decorations are some of my favorite sets each holiday season. This year, LEGO decided to release a new version of the Santa Clause bauble, using one of the newer pieces released since their 2013 and 2009 versions of this ornament.
This set sells for $7.99 and is available in stores or online now.
LEGO Christmas Reindeer Ornament (854038)
This LEGO reindeer ornament, like the Santa Clause ornament, is a redesign of the 2018 and 2013 versions previously released. This version is definitely cute and going on our Christmas tree.
This set sells for $7.99 and is available in stores or online now.
LEGO Snowman & Reindeer Duo (854050)
These ornaments introduce a new style of ornament builds, similar to the BrickHeadz line of builds.
This set sells for $9.99 and will be available in stores or online soon.
LEGO BrickHeadz Nutcracker (40425)
Guys, I’m not a fan of BrickHeadz, but they are slowly winning me over. This one, in particular, since it fits the winter theme so well… and I have a love of nutcrackers.
This set sells for $9.99 and is available in stores and online now.
LEGO Advent Calendars
And of course all of the advent calendars are coming back this year. There would be a ton of sad kids… and AFOLS, too, if there were no advent calendars to be had.
Looking for your own calendar? They’re available to pick up now in store and online. You can shop them at the links below:
