We’ve been busy this weekend. Lots of listings on eBay for ladders, fences and palm trees, oh my!

We took a break from our after hours sorting job to do some listings this week. Well, I listed while my husband did some building, but either way, it was a well needed break from the mounds of bricks calling us to group them in like colors. We’re drowning in LEGO bricks and it’s not our intention to become hoarders. Not to mention, we’re hoping selling these extra bricks will help us pay off what remains on our student loans quicker than the current trajectory.

Anywho… Here are some of the things we put on eBay:

We’ve found lots of ladders, so we cleaned up a few and posted them on eBay. Most of the time, we toss them back into the bins, but every once in a while we just can’t help ourselves.

We also ran across multiple types of fencing, although we didn’t get to post much of it online this time around. There’s also some red crosshatch fencing, if you’re looking for something other than the traditional white, black and brown LEGO fencing pieces.

Earlier last week, I had the chance to do some quick piecing together for listing items and ended up making a few palm trees. These are the favorites of our current bunch of listings. We had so many trunks and palm leaves, I just couldn’t resist. They feel like the start of a really good LEGO Classic Pirate MOC. I made a tall version, a short version and a swordleaf version.
