What are LEGO VIP points?
LEGO VIP points are an exclusive perk for LEGO VIP members. For each $1 spent, you earn 1 point. Once you reach 100 points, you receive a $5 discount. You can choose to spend that discount on your next purchase, or save up your discounts to use at a later date.
How do I get LEGO VIP points?
You’ll need to become a LEGO VIP member to earn LEGO VIP points.
Where can I use LEGO VIP points?
You can use the points on in-store or online purchases. The points are attached to your LEGO VIP membership number. You can present your card in-store to earn and access your points. For online purchases, your card is attached to your online account, so you can choose whether to spend your points when checking out.
Are there any exceptions to earning LEGO VIP points?
Yes! When you are purchasing gift cards. You can’t earn points when purchasing gift cards. You also cannot purchase gift cards with points.
Do the points expire?
Yes! They will expire on December 31st a full year after earning them. For example, if you earned points in March 2018, the points you earned for that purchase will expire December 31, 2019.

When I looked today, for the first time, it appears that a $5 discount costs 650 VIP points, not 100 VIP points as stated above. Anyone know why? Also, can you redeem multiple $5 discounts online for the same purchase? As in, just keep Redeeming the $5 discount multiple times?
The point exiration is incorrect. They now expire if your account is inactive for 18 months,
