Meep! Meep! Meets Carbonite

Hey folks! As you can see, some of my posts are missing images and links due to some host issues I experienced recently. I'm working through getting those corrected as quickly as I can. However, if you are looking at a page you'd like me to correct sooner rather than later, drop me a line with the title of the blog post and I will move it up in my list of fixes to make. Thanks for your help!

I wasn’t planning on posting today, but when I was wandering around the web, I ran across the “Leave it to the professionals” post on The Brothers Brick.

The blog post showcases a build combining two of Mr. Family Bricks favorite things: Wile E. Coyote and Boba Fett.

Every Coyote Has His Day

This awesome vignette was created by Letranger Absurde on Flickr. The more I look at the build, the more admiration I have for brick-built figures. I don’t know if I would have thought to turn the brown 1x1s with 1 stud on their backs to make a belt. I also rather like how he used the yellow 2×2 round plates as Boba’s epaulets… again though, the base of that, I suspect, is a 1×1 brick used in an unconventional way… Maybe some day I’ll be able to build like that, too!

Want to see more awesome builds? You should go check out Letranger’s Flickr page and let me know which one was your favorite!
