Hey folks! As you can see, some of my posts are missing images and links due to some host issues I experienced recently. I'm working through getting those corrected as quickly as I can. However, if you are looking at a page you'd like me to correct sooner rather than later, drop me a line with the title of the blog post and I will move it up in my list of fixes to make. Thanks for your help!

I was skimming the Barnes & Noble website the other day when I stumbled across a LEGO Star Wars Rogue One Build Event happening this coming Saturday, October 1st! If you have a kid that is a LEGO Star Wars fan, you know you need to be there.

Details on Barnes and Noble LEGO Star Wars Rogue One Build Event

LEGO Star Wars Build Event

There’s not much information on the event site for Barnes and Noble, but they do have the following description listed for each event date:

Kids ages 8 and up are invited to join us for our LEGO Star Wars Rogue One Build Event. In this open and fun-filled activity, participants and Star Wars fans alike will get to build designs from the exciting new film coming out this year.

They also have the above banner rotating on the Store Event locator page. I’d like to say that it will give you an idea of what your kid might be building. However, we know the Rogue One storyline occurs between Episode 3 and Episode 4. BB-8 wasn’t around at that time, that we know of. Also, I have yet to hear about a cameo for Boba Fett. The only character of the  three that fits the time frame is R2-D2.

If anyone knows exactly what the build is for the event, we’d love to know!

Locate the Nearest LEGO Star Wars Rogue One Build Event For You

As I mentioned, the LEGO Star Wars Rogue One build event will take place this coming weekend, Saturday, October 1st at 4pm. You can check for a location near you using the Store Event Locator. You’ll need to change the location of the event to match your own. Once you do, you’ll get a listing of the events in your area.

We’ll be at Maker Faire this weekend, so we won’t be able to attend the LEGO Star Wars Rogue One build event at Barnes and Noble. Are you planning on taking your kid this weekend?
